Our Current Foods and Diet

Since August 2011 we have switched to a new diet protocol. We are now following the Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet (aka GAPS Diet) created by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. Below are the foods that the boys now eat regularly.

We are now grain free, lactose free, refined sugar free. We are eating all foods that come from the original source whenever possible.

Buddy eats homemade bone broth and a fermented vegetable with every meal. He eats lots of eggs, nuts and nut butters as well as well-cooked veggies, salads, and well-cooked meats. He drinks homemade coconut kefir made into smoothies with frozen organic or local fruit. Fresh fruits and baked goods made from nut flours, nut butter or coconut flour. As time goes by I hope to add more recipes of things that we make.
